My husband and I first fell in love with Hill Valley when they were at our local farmers market. We frequently would stop to get the dill cheese curds and gouda.
When we found out they had a shop and tasting room we couldnt resist! Had a great time sampling new cheeses. Nothing beats great product, locally made and terrific service. Looking forward to going back!
