Hill Valley Dairy Cheese Club

Each month, our cheesemakers curate a rotating selection of Hill Valley Dairy cheeses made from milk sourced from our family farm in East Troy, Wisconsin. Every box highlights the craftsmanship and care that go into our small-batch cheeses, along with tasting notes, pairing ideas, and occasional seasonal surprises from our creamery. Limited memberships available.

Tickets are $10 and include a guided tasting of some of our cheeses and a front row seat to cheese production! Drop ins welcome!

My husband and I first fell in love with Hill Valley when they were at our local farmers market. We frequently would stop to get the dill cheese curds and gouda.
When we found out they had a shop and tasting room we couldnt resist! Had a great time sampling new cheeses. Nothing beats great product, locally made and terrific service. Looking forward to going back!
