What is your Shipping Policy?
Order will be shipped every Monday, shipping totals are available as you check out your cart! There will be limited shipping in the months of May-Oct.
Do you offer international shipping for your online cheese store?
At this time we do not offer international shipping

(Non animal rennet) enzymes derived from microbes

Do you offer samples in-store?
We do! Samples are available in the shop for the products we carry in the cheese case.
Can I place an order online for pickup?
We do not have online ordering at this time, but you are welcome to call 262-203-5578 to place a cheese board order for pick up. Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance, and a staff member will confirm the order with you when it is placed. Pick up is available at the Lake Geneva shop Thursday-Sunday during open hours.
Do you offer gift baskets?
We would be happy to help you put together a gift basket for any occasion! Give us a call at our Lake Geneva Shop at 262-203-5578 or stop in and let us cheesemongers help create the perfect gift!
Are your cheeses locally sourced?
All Hill Valley Dairy cheese is made with milk from our family farm in East Troy, WI and made at our cheese factory in Milwaukee, WI.
Can I return or exchange cheese?
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we can not accept returns or exchanges, however if you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of the sale and we will do our best to make it right!

How should I store my cheese after purchasing?
Wrapping tightly in cheese paper and storing in the refrigerator will help keep the integrity of the cheese.

Can I order cheese plates or charcuterie boards at the bar?
Yes! We consider ourselves a “cheese forward bar”. Our menu consists of curated wine and cheese flights, cheese plates, and cheese boards to share with others!
Do you offer wine or beverage pairings with the cheeses?
All of the wines we carry are specifically to pair with the cheeses we have on hand. Let us know your preference of wine and we are happy to recommend a cheese pairing!

Can I make a reservation for the cheese and beverage bar?
Reservations are not required, however if you have a group larger than 6 we recommend giving us a call so we can confirm availability for your party!
Is there a corkage fee if I bring my own wine or beverage?
In the state of Wisconsin you are not allowed to bring your own wine or drinks into our establishment. We have plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for your enjoyment!
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences at the cheese and beverage bar?
All cheese boards, flights, and cheese plates can be made gluten free
Can I book the cheese and beverage bar for private events or parties?
