Refund Policy
Please review your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your product was damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask that you take photos of any damaged or incorrect items and send us an email at sales@hillvalleydairy.com within 48 hours so we can file a claim. Please include your order number and photos in the email.
As a perishable good, cheese can not be returned, but we want you to be happy with your products so please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery if you have questions or concerns about your order. Please contact us at sales@hillvalleydairy.com.
