One of the highlights of 2019 was being apart of the 2019 Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation Celebrity Chef and Wine Dinner. It was an amazing night for an amazing foundation. Ron was honored to serve as the 2019 Celebrity Cheesemaker. Kudos to the incredible Steve McHugh, Chef & Owner of Cured restaurant for the wonderful meal! He used Hill Valley Dairy Whiskey Cheddar into ice cream, and it was fantastic!
