This sampler box shows off the before and after – the original cheeses and then the flavors and nuances that result from a 3-week soak in Wisconsin Rye Whiskey. You’ll receive a block or wedge of Sharp Cheddar, Whiskey Cheddar, Gouda and Whiskey Gouda. All blocks and wedges are ½ lb. pieces (8 oz).
